The problem of multis is not easily solved, and the approach at CC appears to be "kill 'em all, let God sort 'em out." With the minimal income this site generates, I can't say I blame them for not wanting to put up with the hassle.
There are legitimate situations where multiple people, each with their own account, might want to play in a game together (teams or not). The problem is detecting this scenario and approving it, while catching the other scenarios such as:
- User creates a two additional accounts as a newbies, creates a game with thier real account, then kills the zombie accounts for rank.
- User creates a zombie account and brings it into a game, and uses it as a secret ally.
- User creates a zombie account and brings it into a game, and lets it go deadbeat in order to give themselves an advantage over the other players.
And the list goes on, there are a lot of ways that multis can be abused.
If you try to solve it by a rule that premium members can have multiple accounts, you've just opened the door for condoned abuses by the people that can afford to buy additional premium accounts. At $20 a year, that's not to hard to get two or three from mom & dad, its less than a single A title PC game.
I asked for a way to do this, but didn't receive a positive response from one of the moderators. It was more to the effect of if I do it, they will ban me.

It would be a nice feature to have, and personally even though I like CC, if I find a site that allows me to have friends and family play a the same time from the same location (so we can stop rolling so many dice!), I'll buy an account there. It's also the one item that stops me from buying a premium account here.
