Big sign at top of club fourm

I would like to see a giant sign on top of the club fourm saying something along the lines of

OST IN THE RIGHT FOURM!!!! CHECK THE TO DO LIST BEFORE POSTING A SUGGESTION. USE THE SEARCH BUTTON TO SEE IF A QUESTION OR BUG WAS ASKED ABOUT BEFORE YOU POST.

why its needed:we must have thousands of posts by noobs that use the wrong fourm or repeat the same suggestions over and over again. There were at least 5 threads today alone that suggested an Rt settings for games
