I have a better idea. New threads should be RANDOMLY scattered across the old pages. Yeah, that would be really useful.

Hmmm....that gives one pause....

Old threads should *never* be deleted -- after all, noobs and salty old ones both should be able to access every suggestion and bug report ever posted. The idea to randomly salt old threads among newer posts is intriguing....maybe there could be a "forum" which would actually be a random hodge-podge of old threads....

Maybe this is a good idea afterall. It would surely affect people's post counts though, so I'm surprised Mr 5000-wannabe suggested it. :lol:

NO! NO! I didn't even mean it that way! I meant something like threads that fall off the 20th page or something like that! NO! NOOOOOO!!!!!!!
