One hour to take your first turn

Make in required to take your first turn within an hour of starting a game. If you cant play dont join the game. I am sick of having to wait for people who wait 23 hours before they take their first turn.

Then one hour to people who join a game to take their first turn.. yeah its reasonable. But very rare to happen you know?

This will not happen for the reason that as soon as the game starts, it chooses a random person to go first. If i had to log on once every hour, of every day to take the first turn in my games, I would go crazy and never have time to do anything but CC (eating and sleeping included) it is unrealistic that anyone would be able to log on 24 hours a day to do so.
