Clickable leave ratings for users

Concise description:

• Have the "you can leave ratings for X users" message be clickable and lead you to those rateable users.

Specifics:

• When you click on the link it would bring you to a list of users(with links to the games in which you played against them).

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• This would make it easier to rate other users. I like to rate everyone I play against and it can be annoying to try and find them in the list of 20-30 "recently finished" or "eliminated'' games.
• would lead to more player ratings and create more accurate reflections of players.
