- Public notification of all disciplinary actions
Specifics:
- Post a thread in C&A for all busts, blocks, or other game-related disciplinary actions
- Post a thread in a new forum for forum bans for forum-related disciplinary actions
This will improve the following aspects of the site:
- No threads asking why someone was blocked/banned/etc
- More transparency about who has had action taken against them
This goes hand in hand with the suggestion to have the C&A forum locked down (http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=92600). I would like to see locked threads stating which users have received bans, and a brief (or not brief depending on the case) explanation of why they have been banned. If the CC staff feels it's a good idea, maybe you could ask the user for their permission before writing the why in forum ban cases - but I think it most cases the answer is going to be trolling, flaming, or being a general PITA.
There have also been bans and busts that were handled through e-tickets, it would be nice to see some information about why this happened. Basically, I'd like to see an electronic trail exist for any user that had action taken. I'm not saying for the hunters or mods to give us info on the specific posts, games, etc - but it would be nice to know that two users have been blocked from playing with each other, or something similar.
