Concise description:
There have been several complaints about the reserving spot system, so lets put them all in the same spot. The point I would like to bring forward is that once you are in a team game, you should not be able to invite friends to other teams, as is currently the case. Alternatively, perhaps you should be able to invite friends but only if you fill the entire team, or maybe only the first player or something.
Specifics:
Allows for people to decide their own teams and stops people who create the game or join the game early of deciding the teams.
This will improve the following aspects of the site:
The team games will not be lopsided if someone decides to try and give someone else a bad teammate so as to make the game easier.
