Concise description:

A British/European Tournament Director

Specifics:

At the moment all 4 Tournament Directors are American - how about a British or European one?
There are long periods of time where there are no TDs online, and other periods where there are at least 2.

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

More consistent coverage of the Tournaments - the Time Difference would allow for more of the day to be covered by at least one Director.
There are also a high number of British Tournament Organisers, so the position would not be wasted.

At least three of the tournament directors log in once, if not more than once every 24 hours. Sure, it would be nice if we had one from Europe sometime, but it certainly isn't an immediate need. I don't believe there are enough problems or troubles within the tournament forums to require a constant watch by the Tournament Directors.

The Tournament Handbook says that we'll get your privileges to you within 24 hours, and that is the case at least 95% of the time as far as I know. Most of the time it's within a few hours. It's just one of the factors you have to plan ahead for when you're running your tournament.
