Guidelines update

Concise description:

• Update the Community Guidelines.

Specifics:

• In particular, Twill's first post there regarding the different types of Moderators to include Society Mods and the Clan Mods.

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• By making the forum easier to understand.

Clan Directors are already on there (just not in the right color). I'll update it in a couple weeks when I have some free time; there are several things I'm going to do to clean it up and make it easier to read (but won't be changing the content/rules).
