- Create a function where taking a territory triggers effect(s) elsewhere in the map
Specifics:
- Example would be taking the top of a mountain sends an avalanche down to hit 1-3 territories at the bottom - either wiping out totally and setting each to neutral, or doing an automated attack to the death with a set number of AI controlled armies.
- Some events would be automatic for taking the territory, others would be player controllable - taking the Command Centre lets you fire the Death Ray once only (which hits a number of territories on the other side of the map with an uber-bombardment.
- Another example would be taking a territory called "Lever" lets u drop the portcullis on the territory called "Gate" for damage/obliteration as described above.
- Take the territory called "Electric Switch" and you zap all territories with metal floors
- Take the territory called "Sluice Gate" at the top of a dam, then u can flood the valley!
This will improve the following aspects of the site:
- Adds to the fun and chaos
- Gives more aspects to include when making maps or playing them
- The unwise player may end up causing themself more damage than they managed to inflict on their enemies!
