Suggestion: Better personal info policy

timmytuttut88, calling you timmy is not using personal information. Your username is long and has numbers at the end and is thus harder to remember. By calling you timmy, people are referring to your username. If someone said Timmy, that is potentially different, since a capitalization refers to a name instead of a username, however it can be assumed that your name is Timmy from your username just like it can be assumed that my name is Lance and that owenshooter's name is Owen. Whether this is true is irrelevant, but if people feel like calling me lancehoch, lance, or Lance that is not personal information. If someone said lancehoch is actually this person named Lance XXXXX who lives XXXXX, does XXXXX in his private time, and likes XXXXX. That is using personal information.

So you're saying as long as we do not capitalize the "T" it is ok?

And if that's the case. Do you think it would warrant a ban if the name of someones term paper is in my sig? Even if I never say who's term paper it is?

Do you deny that "Bandits" were pissy over their ban? That they took it lying down, said nothing? Or did they get pissy at the mods (oddly enough, not at the user that was the obvious cause of everything), and start posting threads about how pissed they were?

I would have too if a mod gave me a 24 hour ban without a warning. Most of them never go out and read the forum and now they've received a ban.

since these rules have come out, you're purposely disregarding it, to use it for your own gain. And it's biting you in the ass. So sorry I don't feel too bad for you, but... Well, I don't.

Oh, and what is our gain? What are we using these rules for?
