Identify busted players

Visual indication of players who have been busted within the game:

• Visual indicator of busted players + prevention of any further points going to them

Specifics:

• I've just had the irritating experience of being beaten by a couple of multis. When I reported my suspicion, I found that they had been busted weeks ago, but of course they still have games up. It would be nice if there was some kind of visual indicator on the game display so we could see when one or more players in a game had been busted. It would also be good if they weren't able to take points from the non-cheating players.
