Delete ratings left by busted multis.

Concise description:
  • After a multi is busted, delete ratings left by both accounts.

Specifics:
  • I think a lot of times, multis leave revenge ratings to someone for suspecting them.

This will improve the following aspects of the site:
  • People won't get bad ratings for busting multis.
