Multi Premium Idea

Any multis who are premium, when they are found, their premiums should be raffled off to freemiums on the site

How would you decide who is eligible? Would previously busted multis be eligible? What if it is someone who does not want premium? I know I do not want premium. I believe that mhennigan is trying to become conqueror without ever having premium (currently ranked 12, high of 8 or 9).

and what happens if the convicted multi is later proven innocent? would he get his premium back, what happens to the guy that wins that premium in the raffle?

yeah, premium raffle doesn't really sound fair, especially to those that paid for premium
