Change the default poll behaviour to "Allow re-voting".
It takes some time for users to notice the "Allow re-voting" option in polls. Until they notice it they make all their polls not allowing re-voting.
This will improve the following aspects of the site:
It would make more polls useful and flexible: Most/many polls invite CC members to agree or disagree with a statement (typically offering shades of grey in between) and the subsequent discussion in the thread is typically the arguing of the pros and cons of the of the statement. The intention of much of the argument is that people will change their view on the poll subject. Hence the default behaviour should be such that, having changed their mind, members can reflect this in the poll.
