suggestion: Time Outs

After the 3rd time out I understand that a player is kicked.
I was wondering if some players do this a lot If so would it be possible to flag that player so that he gets only 2 time out in his next 30 to 50 games and then one time out if he/she times out within that 30 to 50 games. Kind of like a probation.

I see your point, though slightly unclear.

I don't really think the suggestion is necessary as there isn't really serial offenders in deadbeating.

Noobs do it when they first join the site and never come back and say one of the regulars has an accident and is in 50 or so games, is unable to get a babysitter and deadbeats all the games, it would be unfair then on that person.

Though something perhaps should be implemented to prevent simtom etc. from continuingly ruin games deliberately.
