Negative Feedback.

Postby RJPM on Sun Apr 13, 2008 1:29 pm

  I was thinking that I've greated some games recently and sometimes people join that I don't want to. For example I want anyone to join but if they've got loads of negative feedback and they're the last person to join, there's nothing to do but play with them. Maybe there should be a way to kick players out of your game if you don't like the look of their feedback. Or ask if you are ready to start the game you have created so you have one last chance to drop it if lots of people have joined that look like they might tag-team you.
I know it's not the greatest suggestion but just want to see how many people agree with me.
Obviously there are some bad points to my solution but it would make people with bad feedback to start playing nice. If people want to suggest other solutions please do it. #-o
Look forward to hearing responses.
Thanks. :P

Several people (myself included, actually) have suggested allowiong folks to screen out those with high negative feedback. It gets rejected, for various reasons (do a search and read ther pertinent threads). For now, use the ignore list.

AND, I want to say that once in a while, I have been surprised to find someone with high negs who actually isn't such a bad player.. . but I usually drop hints about being a mom and so forth ... that might help a bit.
