Suggestion: Larger Numbers On The Larger Maps

Postby Timminz on Sat Apr 12, 2008 2:15 am

Concise description: Make the size of the numbers on the board bigger when viewing the large version of a map.

Specifics: Have the numbers enlarge proportionally to the map, thus making them easier to read.

This will improve the following aspects of the site: It would make the large versions of maps more "readable"

I don't use the large maps just because the numbers are too small in relation to the map. I like the small version better because the numbers have the appearance of being more "clustered", and therefore, in my opinion, easier to read.

i feel the opposite way lol i dont like small maps because the numbers seem oversized, sometimes taking up way more space then the territory they denote

The army coordinates are a set size, and I think it would be difficult to make it up and down on a whim.

But if you want to view numbers closer (or father), why not use your browser magnifier?

How would one go about doing that within Firefox? I tried changing the text size, but that doesn't do what I want.
