Kind of random, and there's nothing we can do about it now, but I want to say this now before I forget.
When the forum upgrades and we get...everything, is there any way to get a more comprehensive tournament section. Maybe a link on the left, or at the forum home, that links to all the tournaments I'm in (both tentatively and when it fills up and games have started), tourneys I have been eliminated from, and tourneys I'm running.
It would also be a great substitute for the PM system. Set up some sort of automation system to autojoin confirmed tourney participants in a game that the director input into the game.
As it is now the tournament part of the site seems kind of auxillary and sort of a random addition. I think it'd be really cool to get a more comprehensive tournament area of the site, instead of a complementary add-on. It would make things more accessible for more people (participants and directors) and it can only help draw more people to the site.
Is any of this feasible?
