Game Pause

So i was thinking.. when all the players have to go on vac or something... or they're just nice and let one player go on vac, there's like a pause, button. Of course, everyone has to agree to this... Then the game goes on pause.. until everyone presses continue..

There's one that says convert speed to casual

But i'm trying to say like a vacation button.. The game STOPS...
