I know all you are big tough guys and all, but it is rather intimidating for someone new to just jump in not knowing strategy, screwing up others strategy and getting yelled at, trying to figure out how to play and loosing alot of points to higher skilled players. I feel as a company looking for more premiums it should be a priority to focus on catering to the newcomers (not that you don't) by allowing them to go up against other
newcomers until they have a rank. Sort of a "Training Area" They should obviously still be able to join public games, it is not about limiting them, it is about getting them the best first experience to the site.
Benefits
New players benefit in a game where they are more equally matched.
New players can meet other new players and relate in chat much better.
Experienced players benefit from not as many deadbeats joining or new-recruits joining triples and not knowing how to play.
Conquerclub will make more money.
Friends won't feel as much need to make private games for their new friends and only take their points or vice versa.
This is needed to give the best possible experience to newcomers and launch them into premium quickly by a better first experience.
I did a search and couldn't find any suggestions on this specifically. It seems most suggestions about new recruits have been to limit them or punish, etc. That's bad for business. This would clear up some issues at the same time as providing a great option for new customers.
Thanks

-problem-"it would only encourage cheats to make multi's and win big in new recruit games."
-answer- What goes around comes around. Maybe make no point exchange on new recruit only games. or not.
