I say we start the 29th through 31st....I am unexpectedly going on vacation saturday and sunday with my whole family, and don't want to chance missing a starting turn  . I guess we could start them anytime, since I will have 3 days to join
Good luck to the ponies, and have fun :D

we are starting now, i pm'd yorkie 4 games and waiting for your players to join, 2 were trips and 2 were dubs

so we playing 40 games, 20 dubs and 20 trips or 54 games all maps 27 dubs and 27 trips? I got 4 started and waiting for you all to join, yorkie has the info in his pm's for 4 of the games

not true and scott he approached us not the other way around. His "benefactor" had no KoE connection. good to see you taking an interest in KoE though. I noticed you recently had a "friendly" game with our little innocent Amanda, I'm sure she found it a great learning experience.

Oh and lol at the fact u said hes ranked 3 so that makes him amazing.. no offence to skyT but he certainly isen't the best player on this site by a long way. Maniac might be one of the top singles players and is ok at teams but so are alot of people.

i have been saying for some time now score and rank are not the best determination of a skill, am somewhat surprised to hear that coming from you as this is the clan that will not face opponents below 1600 and not accept mebers below 2K :-k

Anyway good luck to you and the rest of your colleagues in this challenge. I hope it proves to be an enjoyable and close contest, obviously I want my side to win but I would love a battle that keeps us interested observers enthralled.

That said my top priority clan challenge wise is the next generation of KoE warriors taking on the bounty hunters.

AA this has gone off topic but if you really want to do the AA v KoE 1 v 1 challenge it could be organised, we have in total 50ish members from cooks to colonels (literally) and everything in between. if you are just engaging in banter that is fine too - either way let us know so we can let our fellow members know of your individual challenge to our clan members assuming it is a runner. (personally I think you are daft as I have played a lot of 1 v 1 with high rankers when I win I get 40 / 50 pts, (56 off reptile a while back), if you win you get less than 10)

if you want it, go for it... i will obviously lose some points.... but im not going to have yorkie sitting there saying where cowards, when we just want a just clan battle...the 1vs1s would throw the whole thing off...

Ill do it when ever you send me the info...but 50 games is a bit much at once....any chance you can do 25 now, and 25 later... if yokies so brave, id like to see him do the same thing.... I know i can get the points back, and dont mind doing it... i bet he wont follow though :D

I personally don't want it and I'm one of the KoEs that plays 1v1 (in tourneys), and the terms of engagement for the clan battle have now been agreed with singles dropped so the real battle has started (or will be very shortly) Having played a number of games with yorkie i'm certain he would win back his pts if he engaged in this (he actually is already giving away pts in training games with us jrs - something very few majors would do in my experience)

As for calling you cowards i would see this as banter in advance of the challenge to stir things up a bit. I'm certain Yorkie does not think you and your fellow clansmen are cowards. I suspect once the games are started and the results start rolling in mutual respect will replace the bickering (I'm a glass half full guy)

i'm still confused about this 1 v 1 offer - the challenge is now up and running (more or less) and singles have been dropped, so if you still want to do this I will get it organised, if you don't then that is fine too, it's your call.

Going forward I hope both clans could bear these words in mind from RT a few pages back before ths turned into flame wars light.

It was this post that got this challenge rolling so it would be great if both sides kept this in mind

I am happy to take half of Fitz's action if this challenge goes ahead... BUT perhaps just choose 20 or 30 members to play and we take half each...

Oh and in response rebel I personally couldn't care less about rank I randomly join low ranked games not regularly but am always happy to... However for the clan I felt and so did everyone else that it would be nice to keep it to elite players... Now I know there are solid players below 2k rank but in my opinion the majority of the top players are above this rank however I am sure if some 1800 rank rolls in we wud not dismiss him based on that score alone if he was 'exceptional'.

OH and yes of course I am looking forward to this challenge... lets keep it fun :D so I think blitz is adamant that we stick to 40 games 20 dubs 20 trips.... and choose maps and settings of our own 20 games ourselves rather than what yorkie said which to be fair I think is a nicer idea and makes it easier as several people can just go and create like 4 games each invite there partners and pm u guys the pass.

I disagree amanda was definitly above 1600 as recently as yesterday.

This is a quote from our private forum from yesterday after this scores issue was raised, and I witnessed her score at the time being above 1600, however I did not take a screen shot.

Regarding Sirius

we keep track of our members scores on an internal chart that is updated approximately once a week.

The last such chart was posted on October 18 and at that time Sirius met your requirement.
