Shields neutral start 3 and auto-deploy 1.
Hungary on the Germany map has a neutral of 1, your choice of which territory though.

Lissa, Venezia and Marche all connect. Likewise for Cagliari, Calatafimi and Roma.

PS - Which is Hungary? I don't know what it is in German :P

Looks like the top of the map is cut off (at least on my screen) for this one:

I think its an image error... I'll take a look when i get a chance.

Calatafimi connects tot Roma

On the German map, Hungary is the brownish color with two territories. A Kiralysag Magyarorsag. Just pick a territory to make neutral 3.

You don't have to post all the images.

I wouldn't doubt it! 13 Colonies won't be out of Beta for a little while, and I'm halfway done with XMLs, then quench should be in a week or two?

Yeah, but usually the army circles are the same size, they're just copypasted from one circle... Though, here it seems to be the case that all the circles are the wrong size.

I'd suggest resizing the army circles, so that the numbers can be centered.

But now that I think of it... I don't see why these maps should even have army circles. All of the land area in the Italy map is quite light, so it'd probably do just as well without circles. Might be worth a shot?

Germany could scrap army circles as well, if it wasn't for east prussia... it's the only area that's too dark for numbers. Maybe if that area was made lighter, then remove circles?

Yeah... I'm looking into this... I did a quick check on germany and it looked like the circles were 22 px, I dunno about the Italian map...
