these two are not multis

Evidence:
1. the turns shown in the quote shown below that are made by doclestat and god complex are way too close to swith names and make a move (only 12 seconds apart)
game log wrote:2006-08-18 09:32:04 - doclestat attacked Niedersachsen from Bremenhaven and conquered it from god complex

2006-08-18 09:32:16 - god complex deployed 2 armies on Nurnberg

2. in the game chat they mention treaty, wich would explain them not fighting eachother.

3. in the game chat they also mention playing CC between classes and then having to go to class, wich would explain why they both stopped taking turns for a while.

4. many friends play CC together in their free time. these two are probably good friends and/or roommates in college playing CC
indavidually, but sometimes off the same comp, which would explain how some of their turns are overlapping and some are right after eachother.

5. every time they play, their turns are close together, wich could be explained by long breaks for classes with their classes ending at the same and them logging on after that.

Mods please do an IP check, then determine whether they are multis, then close the thread.

WCA, while that is a good sign that they are innocent, it still is not conclusive.
People with 2 browsers can log on to 2 separate accounts at the same time and take turns simultaneously. The chat could just be to throw people off.
I am not saying they are mutis, but I do think it still deserves to be checked out.
