He was one of my triples teammates and deadbeatted until he was kicked out, but we won anyway . I checked his other games and he's doing the same thing.

Checking his other games, he does miss turns occasionally. If he deadbeats, that is valid for a feedback. If misses turns and comes back before being kicked out, then misses turns once again, that is suspicious and could be liable for a feedback. If he is guilty of these, feel free to leave a feedback about it and/or putting him in your foe's list.
