2 of them are from the netherlands, so I doubt there multis with the americans.

None of these players returned after their first login so there is not enough evidence to make a decision. In all likelihood they won't ever return, but that isnt an indication that they are multis. New recruits are notorious for signing up and joining games but not returning because they don't understand how the system works.
