These are suspected Multis
Suspect users: steven_14 & ACEIII

Comments:
Steven_14 and ACEIII are:
1) the same player.
2) nephews who log in on each other's account.
3) very good friends who log in at the same time of the day, and of which 1 gives all his units to the other, etc...
Since I don't believe the 3rd one I think it must be 1 or 2 and the both are against the rules...
