but this game what is going on for a while i rather noticed that those opposite players for a couple of rounds now dont have any FF on their borders and dont attack eachother to break their bonus...also they have not talked about that what i call an truce in the game chat ...so judge yourself ladies and gentleman
is this an secret allience or not??

Actually if you look at the top of the Game chat. Yellow offered cyan and pink a truce, cyan excepted while he said the pink thinks it's a standard.

Yep, this appears to be a confirmed alliance in the game chat, but its not a secret since they announced it. Nice find Strife!
