I actually talked to achilles, he said there wasn't enough evidence to ban, which means they're probably not multis.. he said you'd have to try hard to convict them with what they have.

If that is reason enough to bust these two accounts, then we could bust a lot more. Please understand that we also have tools that we use for our investigation and also serves as one of the basis for busting or clearing accounts. I maybe going by the book here but if I don't have enough reason besides the timing of when it was created and of when ThePikachuClan posted at that thread, my hands are off.
