Maximo and Azd are multies [busted]

Since the begining every time they take a turn it is within minutes of each other. After I accuse them of being multies, they spread the time they go out. If you check their profile it says they are both from Spain.
Plus for many, many turns Azd has held Chai Wan and Maximo Kwun Tong giving him the center set, I was wondering why Azd wouldn't break his set as for many turns Maximo only had 1 armies defending. So then I asked him to break his set, yet he does nothing. It isn't like this is a move that you wouldn't notice, it is textbook, break his set.
If they aren't multies they are team mates playing from the same room.
