ive played him too like a month ago! and he creates new accounts over and over again! the mods don't do anything except slap your wrist! its not like a 3rd DWI! but it should or maybe it could be....MODS?

He upgraded to premium after his previous bust. If he is guilty of making more accounts again, he'll be stripped of his premium and banned permanently.
