Comments: Fuggazi and Haggard would not attack each other except to complete a whole territory. Fuggazi had most of central America but would not complete it and would rather keep attacking me in Asia. I found that odd since Haggard seemed more of a threat to his North American armies.

Also Jondalar and andreas1977 have both played with Fuggazi and Haggard in previous games. Not sure how much they were involved. If they wanted a game between friends they should have made a private game.
