These are suspected Multis/Secret Alliance (not sure which one)

Comments: The actions of eeglover are suspicious enough for me to fill out this form. eeglover's moves seem to really help JB Stuart and while eeglover may have been going for NA he cleared everyone out of NA except JB Stuart and then nearly committed suicide to take out a mass of armies I had in Venezuela where I had been fighting w/JB Stuart. He took them then left SA unfortified so JB could take the continent without a fight.
If I'm wrong I apologize but that is what this form is for, suspicion.
