Comments: They kept borders with 1s on adjoining countries. They both were from Slovenia and spoke a foreign language on chat. Made smart ass comment when I confronted them in chat and all but admitted alliance. They would not attack each other until all were knocked out of the game.

Need a translation for it? I believe it is considered an alliance, what they had.

I speak Serbian and I read what they said. I could understand 50% of what they said.
"severno in crnce mej ti" - roughly translated, he said something like "north in the black you should me"

"pa umaknil sem se ti iz zelenega" - this i got. he said "i removed myself for you from the green".

I think you can call it an alliance.

Frjo and Shine are blocked from playing together for having a secret alliance.

I haven't actually posted the translation, but now I know for the next time. Although I hope there isn't a next time.
