Syfter [cleared] & Sal13 [busted with others]

I started well represented in athens, red started well represented in the peloponesos. Blue attacked corinth and fortified out of the pelop to corinth..with no intention of taking it. That was the first turn, since then:

Red has only attacked blue once (where blue fortified away from)
Blue has never attacked red
Blue is one territory away from having his continent, but instead of getting it he attacked me in 2 seperate territories not even connected to his continent.

Blue has claimed that he's bad but (1) he knows that he's supposed to try for his continent, and (2) he's attacking me instead of getting it.

I suppose it's possible that blue just doesn't know what he's doing, but having 11 (12 really) of the 14 (12 unrelated to blues fortification) attacks in our game directed at me makes me very very suspicious.

Comments: I suspect foul play, although its possible that one player just doesn't like the color green and goes very far out of his way to attack it and the other is benefiting perfectly from it. (unlikely but possible)

ps. After I made my accusation blue played a little differently, and he mentioned wanting to go for the continent I was on, but on the very frst turn I already had a 9 and a 7 on it.
