Suspected secret alliance

Suspect Users: Madmort0 & boston redd

Comments: It appears that a alliance has formed. Madmort0 has to take out Irkutsk & Kamchatka in order to attack Alaska (me). In doing so he bypasses boston redd in Mongolia(1 army) and again in China (2 Army's) in order to get to Alaska. Do you pass up an opposing country with one army and then another country opposing country with two army's, just to get to another player ? Especiallly when the "opposing" player you are leaving alone, doesn't have their borders guarded, and only has 2 or 3 other countries left. If you take that "opposing" player out you get 3 cards additional army's and attack again. I hope they both have fun because I don't play with cheaters.

if you really want to bust them of an alliance, which it seems like they might have, you need to give the correct game number, 568083, the correct people madmort0 and boston redd, and present it in the correct form they have at the top.

The subject line only holds a specific number of characters and it cut off the end of the game number

that's ok, you gona fill out the correct form?

That sounds reasonable. There could be foul play, but this sounds like a normal play if the person has 3 cards.

Did I get you correct ? You pass up conquering a person that would get you three additonal cards and go after somebody else ? That is reasonable play !

He wouldn't receive any cards for taking out China and Mongolia. Teal has two territories right next to Greenland which you could easily take for his cards if China or Mongolia are taken out. Madmort is playing the game correctly. Never should anyone be accused of cheating for making it harder on their opponent.

Why don't you take Teal out in Iceland and Scandinavia, then see what Mort does? You even recognize that you're being attacked on two sides in the in-game chat. You KNOW that Teal holds Iceland. Why run here and scream cheater?

I never stated that my rivel would get "cards" for just taking out mongolia and china. If you take another look, you would see that I acknowledged that after those two countries there still remained 2 or 3 more left to conquer................AND.................I should have expected a comment like yours, since you have been accused of cheating!

You seem to base your accusation on the fact that Madmort did not attack Boston redd in asia. However several people told you why(not attackingin asia) that was in fact the best move.
To specify, taking that opposing player out would have been out of the question, since there would be 2 countries remaining in Iceland and Scandinavia each with 3 armies on it. So those 3 cards would not be a valid argument from you. As to passing over a small country that cannot hurt his own continent bonus over taking someones (e.g. yours) continent bonus of 5 is a VERY smart thing. In other words, everybody would have done it the same way, or they´d be playing a bad game.

also, you have at least implied that Madmort0 would be able to get 3 cards and passed up that opportunity to attack you. This is clearly not true. In fact, would Madmort0 have attacked the light blue´s in Asia, he might have to face you with a full set of cards..

Have you got anything else to back up why there was a secret alliance, because so far you have showed us none.

I the beginning you acknowledged the other countries but later you seem to try to use the - opponent could have gotten the other players cards but instead attacked you so he must have a secret alliance - argument. Maybe i am missreading but sounds like he did something smart that you didn't like so you publicly accuse him of cheating. That may not have been your intent but that is the way it comes off.

LOL. Yes, I have. And I'm just as innocent as Mort and Redd are. Being accused of cheating by a poor sport who has a 0% success rate in catching cheaters (he's reported 7 now, zero have been busted) does not make my point any less valid.

You are upset that you are losing, so you ran here to cry about it.

No, not upset, just thought I was wronged, when I could be the one that is wrong. It is just a game......but you almost got me to consider continuing with the game, could even win, but I already said they could have the game and I very seldom, if ever, have gone back on my word. Besides I like stirring the caldron.

This seems to be a case of simply misunderstanding your opponents actions, and not one of cheating. If you can give other examples where it looks like they are allying it may be different, but based on this Madmort0 & boston redd are cleared.
