Game 15220519 is agreeably suspicious. It looks he attacked you in the last round so you could not win. I also see that this game took about 9 months to get reported. Game 15296123 ended on April. The last part of the game chat from Game 15743872 looks to be banters from both opposing sides.

The other games looks subjective. Since you already placed him on your Foe list, which is a logical step if you are weary he might do something unpredictable on you should you two get into another game again, keep him in there for as long as needed be. Anyone is free to put anyone in their own Foe list in case they fear or suspect if a player seem to be unstable or is going through some personal issues, or whatever reasons you may have. After some time, perhaps you guys can settle things and finally put these games in the past behind. There is really nothing to do from this report and you already done what should be done.

what does this have to do with anything? trying to get CC on "your side" with this? public knowledge that he was screwed out of a prize by CC and they
