The accused are suspected of:
Conducting Secret Diplomacy - There is a clear trend of these 2 joining the same games, whether team games or not, and blatantly not attacking each other. I found 6 matches in the last few weeks with them both in the same game. In the game I played with them, it could not have been more obvious - including chat text stating they would "allow" the other to gain bonuses. The examples below are all of them in the same, non-team game.
