Comments: He gives most people 1 star for no reason. His ratings should be deleted and he should be banned.

First of all, you need 5 examples of rating abuse, and the punishment is not a ban.

He was already warned a few days ago from this report:

The ratings you received from him was before the warning so this still covers the warning he recently got. Try to contact him if he can remove the ratings he gave to you.

So if he doesn't what will happen. Will he be forced to remove them?

No he won't.
But don't worry nobody care of one bad rating. You still have 4.9. That's fine.

Nothing happens. He was warned for doing this, but that doesn't mean he is required to remove his old ones. Just forget about the whole thing.

What's the point of letting people submit abuse reports if nothing is done about the abuse? Why even warn him? In fact, why have a rating system if the integrity of the system is not enforced?

Something was done about the abuse. We do have guidelines for rule enforcement. You can find them here. viewtopic.php?f=1&t=7785#p1759440

Your complaint was made on 4 Jun. The rating you complained about was given on 26 May. He was warned on 3 Jun.

You said he should be banned for the ratings abuse. I have one question. If the ratings abuse is so important that he should be banned why did it take you over a week to report it?

Thanks for the response. I admit it took me awhile to notice it, I don't check my ratings every day, just once in a while.

Thanks also for the link to the guidelines, I didn't notice them before. I guess my issue is that if he's prevented from rating other users in the future, it doesn't help the people he rated unfairly in the past.
