The accused are suspected of:
Conducting Secret Diplomacy

Comments: NSEIBERT earlier in the game, I let him take North America to rebalance forces, despite having more bonuses than me.
Then he positioned on ANCHORAGE 29 troops on MADAGASCAR and one defense for THE MAN KIT.
first index, NSEIBERT passes several rounds without "cutting bonus" of
THE KIT MAN.
Second hint: at every turn, NSEIBERT rest spectator, he attacked me one territory to 1, but never seeks to cut bonus THE KIT MAN is high. It is I who brutalized me to do this work.
in conclusion:
NSEIBERT not trying to advance and turns his attacks towards me
THE KIT MAN is not concerned with a big bonus to the key, and progressing well on these worm attacks are all facing me.
I do not have proof of alliance, but a very strong doubt ...
If I took the time to write this post, is that I think there is a certain elegance game to have!

NSEIBERT, plus tôt dans le jeu, je lui laisse prendre Amerique du Nord afin de rééquilibrer les forces, malgré qu'il ait plus de bonus que moi.
Ensuite, il positionne sur ANCHORAGE 29 troupes, sur MADAGASCAR et un seul en défense pour THE KIT MAN.
premier indice, NSEIBERT laisse passer plusieurs tours, sans "couper le bonus" de
THE KIT MAN.
deuxième indice : à chaque tour, NSEIBERT reste spectateur, il m'attaque 1 territoire à 1, mais jamais ne cherche à couper le bonus de THE KIT MAN qui est élevé. C'est donc moi qui m'abrutie à faire ce travail.
en conclusion :
NSEIBERT ne cherche pas à progresser et ne tourne ses attaques que vers moi
THE KIT MAN n'étant pas inquiété, avec un gros bonus à la clé, progresse et bien sur ces attaques sont toutes tournées ver moi.
Je n'ai pas de preuve d'alliance, mais un très fort doute ...
Si j'ai pris le temps d'écrire ce billet, c'est que je pense qu'il y a une certaine élégance de jeu à avoir !
