Well, the player MayaB stop playing (and attacking) and stupidly (not looking for its own good) helping the beth0722 player. Also, and Chat record made me doubt. And I went on their games to investigate if they had played before and it seems that another player thought the same and thus I am trying to figure this out. Also, we must have had like 5 rounds in a roll and the moment I mentioned they could have the same IP the guy just disappears... Anyways, paranoia aside... I am not sure, but it looks like alright the case of Multi. I am new here so I dunno if this is the right thing to do, I went to the chat and they advised me to do this...

The game I am playing now is the first, and in another game that they were accused of "cheap tatics" is the second game referenced...

well this does look a little suspicious of multis because they registered to this site 4 minutes apart from one another, and also they take their turns close to eachother too

They are not the same player! They are my daughters.
I brought them to this site and taught them how to play. Yes they have the same IP address because we are behind a router. Yes they registered at the same time, I was helping them set up on our computers that are right next to each other, at the same time. Yes they play at the same time because I only allow them on the computer when they finish their homework, house chores, and piano and violin practice. Usually it is only for a few minutes at the end of the day. And now you have banned both of them just as they are starting to enjoy strategy games.

Falafla, you should be ashamed of yourself. Picking on girls just to win a game! I really P.O.ed at you right now. I have added you to my foe list so you can never be in any of my games.

As far as the moderators, lots of places have the same external IP address. Many schools, homes, and businesses have only one external IP address.
At the very least you could have given them a chance to defend themselves before you banned them.

Have them fill out an E-ticket explaining the situation, and Hopefully the moderators/admins will get back with you in a fairly short period of time. That being said I was looking through the log and nothing extremely suspicious rose up, so that will most likely help your case here. And seeing as such, I would recommend that they look into it a bit deeper. Truces often, but public and nothing illegal there. Quite a few games played together, but they haven't even played 50 yet and it goes to reason that as siblings they are going to play with each other frequently as well. However, have them fill the E-ticket out.

I made sure they knew that any truces that were NOT in chat were cheating and would have me banning them from the computer.
Mayab put an original E-Ticket in, and it is being looked into.
I think the banning was very hasty. I have seen ban requests used as a weapon elsewhere in online games. It devastated the game play because everyone was either accusing or appealing a ban all the time.
Also as a father, nothing makes me angrier that someone abusing my kids. I was fighting mad for awhile there.
I hope this gets straightened out soon.

The C&A team here are usually pretty reasonable, so no worries. That being said I hope your problems get worked out and they once again enjoy CC. Usually quick ban's don't go through, so don't worry. Its not much of a problem on this site.

Moderator please take note, this guy will never admit he is wrong or lost. When I give a simple explanation for what happened I am accused of playing their turns or being a third multiple.
I can verify everything I have said here, with government ID if necessary. What can he do except throw out more innuendo and accusations to try to cover his manipulations.
It is unfortunate that a moderator was misled by his lies here on this forum without giving my daughters a chance to respond and defend themselves. That is why I feel I have to do it as their father.
Like I said, please feel free to contact me privately to confirm anything I’ve said here.

The quote below is where I stated why they are on the computer about the same time. For obvious reasons falafla didn’t want to acknowledge that that question was answered because it would make it more obvious what a manipulator he is.

Falafla, I am sorry that you thing everyone under 16 is too cognitively challenged (?stupid?) to play this game. One of the moderators that helped you (Frox333) is only 15 and he seems to be doing quite well in winning and communication skills. I guess you would argue that he is older than 16 as well? I have seen many players here that were in their early to mid-teens and they play just fine. This is not rocket science it is a simple and fun strategy game. It's not like it is "Squad Leader" or "The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich". I started playing Risk when I was 7, so I am sorry that you couldn't handle it until you were 16, but you are not typical. I do want to thank you for saying that my daughters are not typical, even though you did not mean it as a compliment. It just like to know that even my foes think that my daughters are smarter than they should be for their age.

I haven’t been in a game here in almost a month. I only got involved in this mess because my daughters asked me to help them figure out why they could not play. When I logged in and saw what you were saying I got involved, because I have seen others like you that use emotional and game manipulation to try to keep from losing. The few people on my foe list are just like you, and are no fun to play this game with anyway. Obviously your ego can’t take the fact that you were losing to a teenage girl, so you have to make up other accusations that I am somehow involved in your initial disagreement. I’ve already added you to my foe list so I will never have to hear from you again when this is resolved. If my daughters get reinstated, I will make sure they do the same so they don’t have to talk to the likes of you either.

This appeal is being looked at, I expect all the parties involved here that they keep it polite and decent.
