Other: We played a tie-breaker game because of stalement on a long game and they dont respect the result of the tie-breaking game claiming there was no agreement on a tie-breaker when everobody agreed in game chat.

No Conquer Club rule was broken here.

The best I can tell you is to foe, rate accordingly, and move on.

Conquer Club prohibits deadbeating and intentional suiciding. So, technically, CC is against "tiebreaker" games so do not ever expect a rule for these situations.
