Grievances-not played? [closed]

I was playing game 24236 which was canceled becauce player Tattaglia was exploiting deployment bug.
Now when i try to put Tattaglia on my graievances i get massage:
'You have not played with Tattaglia in the past 30 days'.
Please can you fixed that, i dont what Tattaglia ruin another game for me.

He won't ruin another game because I fixed the bugs he exploited. Have some faith in my programming skills

Please fix that,not because i dont have faith in your programming skills, but because i played with Tattaglia in past 30 days and Tattaglia cheated.
I dont think im asking something beyond the rules.

it was a hopefully once off thing that wont be repeated and thus wont need a "bug fix"...and the time it would take to do this is time Lack doesnt have for giving us cool new toys like we have come to expect
