Comments: he played in my Clandemonium game really well, a little to well, and i looked at his previous games, and he has a 50% win rate, for a new guy? now how plausible is that?

he could just be good at risk, idk, but it was fishy, so i decided to report it

But anyway, reporting such evidence in C&A it's okay. But I don't get when ppl yell to his opponent in game chat.

And in this case the OP do the right thing, only report him and let the MH do their job
