its allowed, its diplomacy, its in game chat. You'r eallowed to give locations in chat.

I dont see anything wrong with it, except maybe throwing of the game if he loses but then doesn't it need to be more then one instance?

He's pissed because I made a kill he wanted in another game.

Well, he's in 3 of my games, and is a freemium. If he throws them all, I will report him for point dumping.

I'm not sure, CC has a big bent for protecting people against unenjoyable playing experiences. But this particular problem is indeed solved by foe-ing so I suppose your point is valid.

I don't know what to call it either, except it is to early to call it anything. Take game snapshots in chat. After the game or games that you are in together progress you might have a complaint, but as of right now you don't. I also suggest that you FOE him so you don't have to worry about it in the future.

I am moving this to closed. If you think after the game he deserves to be reported then that is the time to do it.
