Other: Singling out a player to be eliminated (not sure if this is a rule violation), but thought it might be "holding players hostage"...not sure what that means.

Blue/Yellow suggested a truce with Red/Green to eliminate me (orange)...which seemed bogus to have a "neverending" truce until I'm eliminated. Then Red/Green never acknowleged the truce, but honored it in their manuevers. When I told Yellow to have a truce with me, he said he was in a truce with Red/Green....seems like secret diplomacy.

Not sure which is the bigger violation...

Forming that kind of an alliance might be legal but executing an alliance like that but not accepting it in game chat is secret diplomacy.
