People are allowed to rate 1's if they feel like it. But when you EXCESSIVELY rate 80% of the players 1 stars with tags that DON'T make sense, then yes, it is abuse.
You are just coming up with spurious reporting because you are upset you got a rating ban.

Agreed all of his ratings seem in order and correct. He rates players who deadbeat...and people who talk like this and i quote from

lol this is funny
The most of the players i gife 1-1-1 where dead beath players.
So dont onderstand why you report me i have giffen 800 and more people ratings and they are all good ratings.
So im not a cheather dont have a double acount.
And with the herkman whas it a stuppid mistake from me.
Dith not notice the medalhunting buth im always nice no swearing.
Ans its my right to foe when i dont wand to play with peopele.

Well said, sunny. It seems someone got his feelings hurt and is taking it out on you. Good thing he picked you, you always stay nice and calm. In that game vs. theherkman, let's just say my reaction would've been different.
