The accused are suspected of:

Other: Holding me Hostage in a game. Its gone on since Saturday.ISN2 has the opportunity to eliminate me and yet he does not. We are playing on AOR2, I have 1 army left and ISN2 is just surrounding me every turn with his armies

lol ok do you think he is really holding you hostage you are premium arn't you. so it does not really affect you from joining other games does it. also with the foe comment maybe he is just hanging around for you 2 change your mind.

i dont see the point of telling players not to join your games or foeing if they beat you. i would see a point if you were medal chasing but you have all the medals you can get with them settings. That is being childish maybe he just acting the same as you...

as for holding you hostage what has he got to gain from it. you are the same rank as him so there is no real advantage in points by delaying the end of it. Same he is not preventing you from joining another game so no harm there.

maybe since you have foed him (like you said in chat) he is using this game to learn the new clickies like many are .

Its in the writen rules;
Major/Severe Infractions are those that are more than just annoying, but are intentionally hurtful to a user, group of users, or the community in general. This includes but is not limited to: Cyber-bullying/Harassment, Bigotry, Personal Information Abuse, Account Sitting Abuse, Intentional Deadbeating, Repeatedly Holding Players Hostage, Serial Teammate Killing, Hijacking Accounts, Systematically "Farming" New Recruits, Gambling, **Point Dumping** and **Illegal Point Collecting,** etc.

There is no repeatedly going on, so I think its going to be noted, maybe even a warning. Still its in the rules.

Unwritten Rules

Obviously any gross abuse of the game is forbidden. This includes but is not limited to: throwing games or deliberately benefiting from thrown games, intentional deadbeating, holding players hostage, serial teammate killing, hijacking accounts, systematically "farming" new recruits.

but what my ? is is how is he holding him hostage. he has nothing to gain from this.

Unfortunately you foeing someone does not block you from joining their game and there is nothing that alerts you about the foe either. He could have easily joined without realizing it.

Happens all the time...because foeing someone doesn't actually block you from being able to join their games, as it should. Sadly, even though the suggestion to fix this has been in the to-do list for four years now, it is still not implemented. But hey, we've got nuclear spoils, so it's a lose-lose.

Eddie, it does not matter if someone is a premium member or not. In your logic, if someone was to go and hold about 50 games hostage, with players that were all Premium, he wouldn't be in the wrong whatsoever.

but what is he holding him hostage from. thats what i mean i know there are some players that are trying to find out max deploy for boards just now so they are taking all the terts on the board before killing a player off. and since these 2 have each other foed i guess there could not of been any communication about this between them.

Wrong. PM function still work if someone is placed on Foe, unless you have a setting placed in your Inbox to auto-delete messages from foes.

It doesn't matter if the player is premium or not eddie. He is forcing him to stay in a game for longer than needed. Maybe he is waiting for his opponent to make a jump in his score/rank THEN eliminate him from the game. Did you ever think about that?

It looks like the two of you have a disagreement that never had to be. The accused thinks that the accuser prolonged a previous game and was doing the same. This will be NOTED.
