I dont seePlease check this game out.

3 very new players all happened to join at the very same time and just happened to join the very same game and also it being there very first game, while 2 just happen to be from canada and 1 it says from usa. The Odds are very high against them being normal players or being separate players who do not know each other. please look into there IP and cancel this game.

After looking at the game listed I do not see anything to support Secret Diplomacy in the game. Nor after looking into the accounts I do not see them being multis. Cleared

This game as i had said. i outed them in chat and now they are not playing and not logged in.

Please understand there are many ways to get around your rules that i am sure you are aware off. They were obvious multis.

now also check 8684393 out.

same thing in that one and with one of the same players now with 3 more that joined the exact same time and same game and also from same country.

have you calculated the odds of all this? I will have better chance of winning lottery 3.5 times!

maybe your screening or tools to identify these need changing?

Their tools they have to work with have been working for quite a while. Possibly 3 friends joined up and went into a game? Just because 3 different players joined a game and they happened to join the site within a couple of minutes of each other, DOES NOT mean they are automatically multi's.

I dont think you have actually understood what i am trying to point out. have you done the maths? Nonetheless you, i and everyone else knows that if as you say there all friends then what do you do think there premise and gameplay will be like? working together perhaps? If the tools have not changed in all those years then thats a worry. while it might capture the obvious working on the same machine or network there are easy ways to mask this these days. Have the tools being used kept up to date though through the years? We all know that it does not take long for someone to find a way around rules and technology. it happens very fast these days, as soon something is created, soon after a way is created to bypass it or use it for other methods. Thats the world we live in. But to think that you are at the forefront of what you can do and see, is greatly misjudged. Normally its they other way around and your always on catchup, but thats only if you keep adapting and updating rather than just doing the same thing, which is predictable and easy to circumvent. I can assume that you may only be able to catch perhaps 78% of those persons using multiple accounts within the first month and then only a further 5% in the following 3 months. 10% will cease using some of there multiple accounts within 3 months anyhow. There will be around 7% after the 3 months that still use multiple accounts and have not been found.

This was proving right yesterday.

it took for a player to alert the game staff of Kidcortez secret diplomacy for it to actually be noticed that he actually had multiple accounts. Very obvious also it seemed yet not picked up at your end until we reported him for something else. If even the obvious multi's are being missed then how can you be so sure that the tools in place are up to the job?

I am not trying to be difficult but just trying to prove my point and help to make the game better and rid it of cheats. Something that we should all want.

Ok I looked again just for you. 2 Players are from 2 diff ends of canada the one from the US if from the middle of the states. So again I confirm they are not multis. I do thank you for your input on the matter. And please in the future if you want to ask to see if someone is a multi regardless of the response given dont argue about our findings. We do our job to the best of our abilities and I thank you for your time. Please dont hesitate to place a report if you suspect any wrong doing in the future.

The join times make me think it would be hard for at least two of the to be multi's. The join times are 7:39, 7:41 and 7:49 PM. Also this info from their profiles. Two are from Canada and one from the USA. Maybe all from the same time zone. Got home from school, did home work, ate dinner and got on the computer.

You are accusing them of cheating before the even took a turn. Nice way to welcome them to CC by the way. None of them have been back. When players join at around the same time they will see the same games on the join a game page so it is logical that you will see several new players in the same game.

Yes one of our tools is when suspicious game play is reported. I am not going to bite the hook and say what our tools can or can not do.

As far a being obvious multi's could you please explain how you came about that conclusion or is it all presented in your first post?

One of the things that made me become a multi hunter was accusation based on this kind of evidence.

And we all know evil semp is just pure evil!! evil i tell you.. Quite unlike his multi, LackAttack the Deamon and Andy The BananaKiller..

Just to show a bit of twisted support for the hunters. Their reply was already quite obvious without divulging the location of the players. Sadly the OP (original poster) was just convinced of his onw thinking instead of looking at the evidence.
Just to reiterate.
People will go online and find CC. They will start a new account. It is likely more then 2 or 3 persons are online at the same time. The likelyhood of them being from the same timezone is huge. After all I sleep at the same time as my neighbours,and am awake during my daytime. logical yes!?!
So it is not only quite logical, but even likely to see multiple new members from the same country/region to join up at the same time. People how join up often join up an open game. They are not going to wait a month and see whats what, they just join any open game. If you accept that there are multiple persona online looking for CC at any given time, that it is likely that they are from the same timezone and they will join a game that is open to them at that given timeslot, then yes it is quite likely that players from the same area will join the same game. New players are also known to join a game and then not return to ever take their turn. this happens quite often really.

Now as to the odds of a lottery, thats a whole other ballgame. But if you ever find a lottery with payout odds as large as the case you made for them being multi's, please let me know, i always like to make an easy buck.
