he rated me all 1's and tagged me as Coward because of my 'SICK' profile pic. (his word, not mine)

EDIT: i have tried to be nice. i pm'd him a link to the ratings instruction page asking him to show me where it says he can use ratings to grade my profile pic and this is what i got back

That is just wrong to rate somebody because of the profile picture. If they didn't like it the could have ask u to remove it but lol they ought to see pascallekes avatar

Yes he rated you wrong. If the reasoning behind him rating you was based on your profile pic then he was in the wrong, and I dont see any reason why he would rate or tag you the way he did from the gameplay or interactions in it.

However, this is one instance. Ratings abuse is gross abuse of the ratings system. It would need to be on a larger scale then just one instance. As per what I quoted above (which you did) if this happens you need to contact the member and try to work it out. He didnt want to remove it for whatever reason, next step is to explain why you received that rating in the rating explanation area, Foe him and Move On.

The other player that PM'd you is a friend/relative of CJ Lues and is not a multi.
I have sent a PM to him explaining the process of ratings and telling him misusing it like this will lead to abuse and will lead to disciplinary actions for it.
